私は現在、既存システムのプログラムを新しい環境に対応させる開発を担当しています。
古いコードを見直し、最新の技術や業界標準に合わせて改善していく仕事です。

入社当初は分からないことも多くありましたが、実際の開発を通じて、
新しいプログラミング言語や開発ツールに触れながら、少しずつスキルを身につけてきました。
分からない点は先輩に相談し、チームで協力しながら問題を解決していける環境なので、
未経験からでも安心して成長できています。

自分が関わったシステムが、
お客様や利用者にとって「より使いやすい形」になっていくことに大きなやりがいを感じています。
この仕事を通じて、会社の成長に貢献すると同時に、
エンジニアとしての自分自身の成長も実感しています。

I am currently in charge of updating existing system programs to new environments. My job involves reviewing old code and improving it to meet the latest technologies and industry standards.

Although I had much to learn at first, I gradually acquired skills by touching new programming languages and tools through actual development. It is an environment where I can consult with seniors and solve problems cooperatively with the team, so I can grow with peace of mind even starting with no experience.

I feel great fulfillment in seeing the systems I worked on become "easier to use" for clients and users. Through this job, I realize my own growth as an engineer while contributing to the company's growth.
